A Day in Our Kindergarten Program
Every day in our kindergarten classrooms at Grow With Us Learning Academy is thoughtfully planned to strike a balance between structure, creativity, and fun. Here’s a look at what your child’s day might include:
Morning meeting and the pledge

No nap time, just full days of learning through play and exploration
Each classroom has both a lead teacher and a teaching assistant, ensuring every child receives the personal attention they need. Our teachers are trained in early childhood education and use proven teaching strategies to support each child’s growth and success.
We place a strong emphasis on emotional development. Children learn how to express their feelings, resolve conflicts, and practice kindness. Our behavior approach is built on positive guidance, helping children make good choices and feel confident in who they are.
To keep things simple and distraction-free, our uniform policy includes white or light blue polos, khaki bottoms, and closed-toe shoes.

Flexible Schedules for Working Families

We understand that every family’s schedule is different, which is why Grow With Us Learning Academy offers flexible options to meet your needs. Our school day runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with drop-off beginning at 7:45 AM. For families needing extended coverage, we offer Extended Care from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This program includes snack time, tutoring, outdoor play, and enrichment activities for $125 per week.
Our academic calendar aligns with the local public-school schedule, so families can stay on track with holidays and breaks.
First day of school: August 11, 2025
- Kindergarten orientation: August 6, 2025
- Last day of school: May 28, 2026
Kindergarten Tuition and Scholarships in Crestview
At Grow With Us Learning Academy, we believe every child deserves access to a high-quality kindergarten education. That’s why we proudly participate in the Family Empowerment Scholarship Educational Options Program (FES EO). This program helps many Florida families offset the cost of private school tuition, making a supportive and enriching learning environment more accessible.
Here is what you can expect:
Most families receive $8,200 in scholarship funding
With the scholarship, your cost is around $55.56 per week
Full tuition without the scholarship is $10,000 per year
There are a few additional fees:
- $75 application fee
- $250 registration fee
- $450 curriculum fee
- Extended Care, if needed, is $125 per week
Families apply through approved nonprofit scholarship funding organizations like Step Up for Students or AAA Scholarships. We are here to help you with the application process if you need support.
How to Enroll in Our Kindergarten Programs
If your child is 5 years old by September 1, they are eligible to join our kindergarten class at Grow With Us Learning Academy. We’ve made the enrollment process simple and welcoming for every family.
Here is how to get started:
Complete the enrollment form and pay the $75 application fee. You can do this online or in person.
Our office will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your submission and answer any questions.
Schedule a virtual appointment with our Kindergarten Specialist to learn more about the program, review your child’s background, and complete a brief Early Skills Discovery session.
If accepted, we’ll invite you to tour the school and guide you through the final enrollment steps.
What you’ll need to provide:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Florida immunization certificate
- School entry health exam
- Proof of residence (such as a utility bill)
- Scholarship approval documents, if applicable
We encourage families to apply early—while the deadline is July 31, 2025, spots can fill up quickly!
