Flexible Hours and Extended Care
We know that family schedules can be hectic, so we offer options to make things easier. Our school day runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with drop-off beginning at 7:45 AM. For families who need a little more coverage, our Extended Care program is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM for $125 a week. Kids in Extended Care enjoy snack time, tutoring, outdoor play, and fun enrichment activities.
We follow the local public-school calendar, so you will be on track with school holidays and breaks.

Full tuition without a scholarship is $10,000 per year
In addition to tuition, families should expect:

- $250 registration fee

How to Enroll in Our FWB Kindergarten Program
If your child is 5 years old by September 1, they are eligible to enroll. Our goal is to make the enrollment process simple and welcoming for every family.
Here is how to get started:
Complete the short enrollment form and pay the $75 application fee. You can do this online or at our Fort Walton Beach location.
We will contact you within a day or two to confirm and answer any initial questions.
Our Kindergarten Specialist will schedule a virtual meeting with you to talk more about the program and learn about your child. We will also do a short Early Skills Discovery session.
If your child is accepted, we will invite you to visit the school and help you complete the rest of the enrollment steps.
You will need to bring a few documents with you:
- Birth certificate
- Florida immunization certificate
- School entry health exam from a doctor
- Proof of residence (like a utility bill)
- Any scholarship approval documents
We recommend applying early. The deadline is July 31, 2025, but spots often fill up before then.
