Flexible Hours and Extended Care
We understand that many families need a schedule that fits real life. Our school day runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with drop-off beginning at 7:45 AM. If you need care beyond the school day, our optional Extended Care program is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For $125 per week, children can enjoy tutoring, snack time, creative play, and outdoor fun after school.
We follow the Santa Rosa and Okaloosa County school calendars, so your family will stay on track with local breaks and holidays.

Kindergarten Tuition and Scholarships in Pace

Most families receive $8,200 in scholarship funds
With the scholarship, your weekly cost is just $55.56
Full tuition without a scholarship is $10,000 per year
In addition to tuition, families should expect:
- $75 application fee
- $250 registration fee
- $450 curriculum fee
- Optional Extended Care for $125 per week

How to Enroll in Our Kindergarten Program in Pace
To enroll in kindergarten, your child must be 5 years old by September 1. Our goal is to make enrollment smooth and supportive for every family.
Here is how to get started:
- Fill out the enrollment form and pay the $75 application fee. This can be done online or in person.
- Within 24 to 48 hours, our office will contact you to confirm payment.
- We will schedule a virtual appointment with our Kindergarten Specialist to introduce the program, review your child’s educational background, and complete a short Early Skills Discovery session.
If accepted, you will be invited for a tour and guided through the next steps of enrollment.
Documents you will need to bring include:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Florida immunization certificate
- School entry health exam
- Parent’s proof of residence (like a utility bill)
- Any scholarship approval letters or documentation
We encourage families to apply early. The application deadline is July 31, 2025, and space can fill up quickly.
